Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: fuel element with solid electrolyte relates to electrochemical sources, specifically to high-temperature fuel elements with solid oxide electrolyte. Current tap of fuel element with solid electrolyte is manufactured from metal alloy containing chrome, iron and rare-earth elements. Alloy additionally includes rhenium or at least one of elements of group of platinum metals and is characterized by following proportion of components, per cent by mass: chrome 25.0-30.0; rare-earth element 0.1-2.0; rhenium or one of elements of group of platinum metals 2.0-4.0; iron being the balance. EFFECT: maximum approximation of coefficient of thermal expansion of metal scale-resistant alloy for manufacture of current tap to coefficient of thermal expansion of solid electrolyte within temperature interval 25-1000 C, decreased contact resistance on boundary current tap/electrode.

Claims (1)

A fuel cell relates to electrochemical devices, in particular to high temperature solid oxide electrolyte fuel cells. The invention is aimed at ensuring maximum approximation of the coefficient of thermal expansion of a metal scale-resistant alloy for the manufacture of a collector to the coefficient of thermal expansion of a solid electrolyte in the temperature range 25 - 1000 ° C and reducing the transition resistance at the boundary of the collector - electrode. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the fuel cell with a solid electrolyte, the collector is made of a metal alloy containing chromium, iron and REE. The difference between the solutions is that the alloy additionally contains rhenium or at least one of the elements of the platinum group of metals and is characterized by the following ratio of components, wt.%: Chromium 25.0 - 30.0; REE 0.1 - 2.0; rhenium or at least one of the elements of the platinum group of metals 2.0 to 4.0; iron - the rest
