Pressure disk can be shifted along driven shaft under action of fork coupled with control levers thus pressing pushers of holder to cam on drive shaft with definite force defined by value of pressure disk movement. Proposed clutch can be used to connect driven shaft with rotating drive shaft and provide continuous rotation of shafts at different speeds. EFFECT: increased service life, improved serviceability.

Фрикционно-кулачковая муфта относится к машиностроению и предназначена для соединения неподвижного ведомого вала с вращающимся ведущим с возможностью продолжительной работы с одинаковой или разными скоростями вращения валов. Муфта содержит на ведущем валу диск выполненный в виде торцевого кулачка, а на ведомом валу расположена обойма с размещенными в ней подпружиненными толкателями с которыми контактирует нажимной диск ведомого вала имеющий силовую пружину. Нажимной диск посредством вилки, связанной с рычагами управления, может передвигаться по ведомому валу прижимая толкатели обоймы к кулачку на ведущем валу с определенной силой, определяемой величиной этого передвижения нажимного диска. Предлагаемая муфта может соединять ведомый вал с вращающимся ведущим и осуществлять продолжительное вращение валов с разными скоростями, что повышает срок ее службы и улучшает работоспособность по сравнению с известными муфтами имеющие диски с фрикционными накладками, ввиду наличия, кроме сил трения, крутящего момента на обойме от давления про - филированной поверхности кулачка на толкатели обоймы.Friction-cam clutch refers to mechanical engineering and is designed to connect a stationary driven shaft with a rotating drive with the possibility of continuous operation with the same or different speeds of rotation of the shafts.
