Device detecting energy accumulation under cyclic loads includes load control unit which output is connected to first input of first digital-to-analog converter which output is linked to input of power amplifier. Second input of first digital-to-analog converter is connected to input of controlling inverter. First input of controlling inverter is linked to first input of control circuit of flip-flop and to second output of counter which input is connected to input of scale-of-two divider. Its first output is connected to first input of register of present value of deformation of sample. Second output of scale-of-two divider is linked to first input of second register of previous value of deformation which second input is connected to second unit of first register of preset value of deformation. Its output is connected to first input of second adder which second input is coupled to output of second unit of register. Output of control circuit of flip-flop is connected to first input of control unit of buffer amplifier which output is linked to X-axis recorder, which second input is linked to output of Y-axis. Output of amplifier is connected to output of second digital-to-analog converter which input is coupled to output of third digital-to-analog converter.
