Air intake box is closed two-tier structure with system of hole providing for effective air taking. Horizontal holes 8 are made at edges on upper tier I, and vertical holes, on lower cross wall in center of lower tier II of air intake box. Holes 11 on edges of lower tier serve to drain water into wheelhouses. EFFECT: provision of effective air intake for heating system, separation of air and water streams in air intake box, delivery of air into heating system, enhanced strength of vehicle body. 4 cl, 5 dwg

Изобретение относится к области транспортного машиностроения, а именно к вентиляции, отоплению и кондиционированию воздуха в транспортных средствах, например в легковом автомобиле. Задача данного изобретения направлена на обеспечение эффективного забора воздуха для поступления его в систему отопления и разделения воздушного и водяного потоков в коробке воздухопритока и попадание в систему отопления только воздуха; на повышение прочности кузова. Перегородка 1, отделяющая салон транспортного средства от моторного отсека, неразъемно соединена с брызговиками 2, рамой ветрового окна и образуют коробку воздухопритока с вентиляторной камерой, которая в свою очередь обеспечивает оптимальный проход воздуха, т.е. снабжена воздухонаправляющим аппаратом. Коробка воздухопритока представляет собой замкнутую двухъярусную конструкцию с системой отверстий, которые позволяют осуществлять эффективный забор воздуха. Горизонтальные отверстия 8 выполнены по краям верхнего яруса I, а вертикальные отверстия на нижней поперечной стенке в центре нижнего яруса II коробки воздухопритока.
