FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal casting intended for subsequently preparing bimetallic rolled stock. Objective of invention is to prevent formation of martensite structure in the process of crystallization and thermal treatment, to exclude probability of metal nonweldability on the layer interfaces and its separating into layers in the process of thermal treatment, and thereby to increase yield of valid product and stabilize its properties. This objective is achieved when internal and external metal layers are of different austenite-class steels, internal layer metal constitution being in accord with that of steel. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к литью металлов, предназначенному для последующего получения биметаллического проката. Задача изобретения - не допустить образования мартенситной структуры в процессе кристаллизации и термообработки, исключить возможность несвариваемости металла на границах слоев, расслоения его при термообработке, тем самым увеличить выход годного, стабилизировать свойства металлопродукции. Слиток содержит внутренний и наружный слои металла из разных сталей аустенитного класса, при этом металл внутреннего слоя соответствует по составу стали Гадфильда.The invention relates to casting, intended for the subsequent receipt of bimetallic rental.
