Abstract

FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: method provides production of catalyst, that has 14 - 21 mass % of MoO; 3 - 8 mass % of NiO or CoO; 0.5 - 6 mass % of PO; Al- balance using application of active components compounds on aluminum oxide with settling of Periodical System group VIII an VI metals salts and phosphorus with following moulding of catalytic mass as extrudates, drying and calcining of produced granules. Method differs from others by the fact, that to produce catalyst of increased activity in reaction of petroleum fractions hydraulic desulfurization during synthesis of catalyst active components are introduced in aluminum hydroxide as complex solution of VIII and VI groups metals salts, that is stabilized by phosphoric acid under condition, that phosphoric acid pH value is 0.5 - 2.5 under temperature of 40 - 60 C. EFFECT: method allows to produce catalyst with increased activity in reactions of petroleum fractions hydraulic desulfurization. 1 tbl

Claims (1)
