The means for supplying fuel has outlet fuel passageway that is tangentially connected with the flow passageway. In addition, the device is provided with a belt twisted spring, base of the spring, second throttle gate, and plate valve. The second throttle gate is movably mounted at the inlet of the cylindrical part of the flow passageway. The rib of the belt twisted spring abuts against the wall of the flow passageway. The middle turn of the spring is rigidly secured to the base that is rigidly secured to the housing. The top turns of the spring are flexibly connected with the second throttle gate. The bottom turns of the spring are flexibly connected with the plate valve mounted at the outlet part of the flow passageway. Устройство для приготовления топливовоздушной смеси для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, содержащее корпус с проточным каналом, имеющим цилиндрическую часть, сообщенную конфузорным участком с суженным выходным участком, выполненные в корпусе входные воздушные каналы, расположенные тангенциально к цилиндрической части проточного канала, дроссельную заслонку, установленную подвижно относительно корпуса и выполненную с возможностью перекрытия проходных сечений входных воздушных каналов, и топливоподающее средство, имеющее выходной топливный канал, тангенциально сообщенный с проточным каналом, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено ленточной витой пружиной, основанием пружины, второй дроссельной заслонкой, тарельчатым клапаном, причем вторая дроссельная заслонка установлена подвижно на входе цилиндрической части проходного канала, ленточно витая пружина установлена ребром к стенке проходного канала, жестко прикреплена к жестко связанному с корпусом основанием пружины средним витком, верхними витками упруго связана с второй дроссельной заслонкой, нижними витками упруго связана с тарельчатым клапаном, установленным в выходной части проходного канала, топливоподающее средство расположено во входной цилиндрической части проходного канала, ленточная витая пружина выполнена так, что упругость ее концов в 2-2,5 раза меньше упругости центральной части, и дополнительно выполнены радиальные входные воздушные каналы.
