Это достигается тем, что фильтрат культуральной жидкости биологически активного вещества пропускают через гетеро- или карбоцепной материал на основе полисульфона, полисульфонамида или полиакрилонитрила со скоростью 10 - 50 л/м2 ч с последующим выделением целевого продукта известными способами.
