Abstract

FIELD: production of porous granulated sorbents based on polymer ionites; applicable in production of toxic substances from aqueous and gas media. SUBSTANCE: method for production of POLYMER organomineral sorbent consists in treatment of ionite with solution of iron salts with subsequent treatment with alkali solution. Ionite is used in form of anionite and its treatment with solution of iron salt is conducted in media where iron (III) anion is formed. EFFECT: higher absorptive power of sorbent produced by the offered method is compared with the known one based on cationite and iron hydroxide with respect to toxic agents of anionic type due to realization of ion-exchange properties and increased content of iron hydroxide in sorbent.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к области получения пористых гранулированных сорбентов на основе полимерных ионитов, применяемых для извлечения токсических веществ из водных и газовых сред. Способ заключается в обработке ионита раствором соли железа с последующей обработкой раствором щелочи, при этом в качестве ионита используют анионит и его обработку раствором соли железа проводят в средах, в которых образуется анион железа (Ill). Способ позволяет получить сорбент с более высокими по сравнению с сорбентом на основе катионита КУ-2 и гидроокиси железа поглотительными свойствами по токсагентам анионного типа за счет реализаций ионообменных свойств и увеличения содержания гидроокиси железа в сорбенте.The invention relates to the field of production of porous granular sorbents based on polymer ion exchangers used to extract toxic substances from water and gas environments. The method consists in treating the ion exchange resin with an iron salt solution, followed by treatment with an alkali solution, using anion exchange resin as an ion exchange resin and treating it with an iron salt solution in media in which an iron anion is formed (Ill). The method allows to obtain a sorbent with higher absorption properties for anionic type toxicants compared to the sorbent based on KU-2 cation exchanger and iron hydroxide due to the implementation of ion-exchange properties and an increase in the content of iron hydroxide in the sorbent.
