Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology, antibiotics for agriculture. SUBSTANCE: parental extract from mycelium of culture-producer is extracted repeatedly with organic solvent that does not mix with water. If necessary, the secondary extract is purified by chromatography methods as in the known ones but the repeated extraction is carried out at alkaline condition. Method is used for avermectin preparing by microbiology procedure. EFFECT: increased specific activity of product, diminished content of ballast matters.

Изобретение относится к биотехнологии и касается получения микробиологическим методом антибиотика сельскохозяйственного назначения - авермектина. Цель изобретения - получение авермектина с пониженным содержанием балластных веществ и следовательно имеющего более высокую удельную активность. Поставленная цель была достигнута за счет того,что что первичный экстракт из мицелия культуры-продуцента повторно экстрагируют органическим растворителем,не смешивающимся с водой,и при необходимости вторичный экстракт очищают хроматографическими методами, как это осуществляют в известных способах,но при этом повторную экстракцию проводят в щелочных условия.The invention relates to biotechnology and for obtaining microbiological method of agricultural antibiotic - avermectin.
