Изобретение относится к биотехнологии и касается получения микробиологическим методом антибиотика сельскохозяйственного назначения - авермектина. Цель изобретения - получение авермектина с пониженным содержанием балластных веществ и следовательно имеющего более высокую удельную активность. Поставленная цель была достигнута за счет того,что что первичный экстракт из мицелия культуры-продуцента повторно экстрагируют органическим растворителем,не смешивающимся с водой,и при необходимости вторичный экстракт очищают хроматографическими методами, как это осуществляют в известных способах,но при этом повторную экстракцию проводят в щелочных условия.The invention relates to biotechnology and for obtaining microbiological method of agricultural antibiotic - avermectin. The purpose of the invention is the production of avermectin with a low content of ballast substances and therefore having a higher specific activity. This goal was achieved due to the fact that the primary extract from the mycelium of the producer culture is re-extracted with an organic solvent that is not miscible with water, and if necessary, the secondary extract is purified by chromatographic methods, as is done in the known methods, but re-extraction is carried out in alkaline conditions.
