Abstract

FIELD: railway transport; mechanization of maintenance and repair works. SUBSTANCE: rail vehicle has self-propelled coupled platform carrying devices for reeling on/off of wires with drums and transit winches with drives. Device for lifting and fitting carrier cable and contact wires in mounting position is made in the form of ramp with two telescopic uprights and mechanism providing their coordinated vertical displacement. Two support-and-guide mechanisms to provided horizontal side travel of carriages are installed in upper portion of ramp. Contact wire support-and-guide rollers are mounted on one carriage, and support-and-guide roller of carrier cable and its vertical displacement drive are mounted on movable boom arranged on other carriage. Both mechanisms have independent drives. Such design of vehicle makes it possible to mount straight stagger and inclined overhead contact lines. EFFECT: possibility of mounting contact system wires without subsequent correction of fasteners and fixing members.

Изобретение относится к механизированным средствам монтажа/демонтажа проводов контактной подвески электрифицированных железных дорог под заданным натяжением, обеспечивающим возможность прокладки подвески без последующей коррекции положения крепежных и фиксирующих элементов. Рельсовое средство состоит из самоходной сцепки платформ, на которых размещены устройства раскатки/сматывания проводов подвески с барабанами и транзитными лебедками с приводами. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что устройство подъема и установки в монтажное положение несущего троса и контактных проводов подвески выполнено в виде рампы с двумя телескопическими стойками и механизмом их согласованного вертикального перемещения. В верхней части рампы установлены два опорно-направляющих механизма горизонтального бокового перемещения кареток, на одной из которых установлены опорно-направляющие ролики контактных проводов, а на другой на подвижной стреле установлен опорно-направляющий ролик несущего троса и привод его вертикального перемещения. Оба механизма снабжены независимыми приводами. Такое выполнение транспортного средства позволяет осуществлять монтаж как прямых зигзагообразных, так и полукосых и косых подвесок, что является сущностью заявляемых способов.The invention relates to mechanized means of mounting / dismounting the wires of the contact suspension of electrified railways under a given tension, which makes it possible to lay the suspension without subsequent correction of the position of the fastening and fixing elements. In the upper part of the ramp, there are two supporting-guide mechanisms for horizontal lateral movement of the carriages, one of which is equipped with supporting-guide rollers of contact wires, and the other on a movable boom has a supporting-guide roller of the support cable and a drive for its vertical movement. Both mechanisms are equipped with independent drives. This embodiment of the vehicle allows the installation of both direct zigzag, and half-oblique and oblique suspensions, which is the essence of the claimed methods.
