Abstract

FIELD: applicable in wood-pulp and paper industry for milling chips and various fibrous semifinished products. SUBSTANCE: fittings of disk mill have rotor and stator disks 1 with a set of separate sectors with cutting knives installed with possibility of their replacement. Each sector is made of several parts 2 and 3 manufactured by the method of powder metallurgy from wear-corrosion- resistant materials. Embedded in each part 2 and 3 during pressing are parts in form of bushings 5 with collars 6 with the help of which sectors are secured by means of bolts 4 to disks 1 of rotor and stator. Bushings 5 are made of low-carbon steels which are not hardened during heat treatment. Collars 6 of bushing 5 are made with adverse gradient of 3-10 deg. Each sector nonworking side has axial projections and disks 1 have axial recesses corresponding to projections in their shape. In case of failure of separate parts of sectors, they are replaced with new ones. Sectors are light in weight and wear-resistant in operation due to the fact that they are made of powder materials. EFFECT: higher operating characteristics of the fittings due to durability of sectors and stability of the milling process, and also provision of replacement of parts of sector in case of its wear. 3 cl, 6 dwg

1 с.п. и 2 з.п.

The invention can be used in the pulp and paper industry for grinding wood chips and various fibrous semi-finished products. The technical result is an increase in the operational characteristics of the headset due to the durability of the sectors and the stability of the grinding process, as well as the ability to replace part of the sector in case of wear. In the proposed grinding set, the rotor and stator disks 1 with a set of separate sectors with cutting knives, installed with the possibility of replacing them, each of the sectors is made of several parts 2,3 obtained by powder metallurgy from wear-resistant materials. In each part 2,3, when pressing, embedded parts are laid in the form of bushings 5 with collars 6, with which bolts 4 of the sector are attached to the disks 1 of the rotor and stator. The bushings 5 are made of low carbon steels, not hardening during heat treatment, and the collars of 6 bushings 5 are made with a reverse slope of 3-10 °. Axial protrusions are made on each non-working side of the sectors, and axial grooves corresponding to the shape of the protrusions are made in the disks 1. In the event of failure of certain parts of the sectors, their replacement is possible. The execution of parts of sectors from powder materials makes them lighter in weight and wear-resistant in operation. 1 s.p. and 2 z.p. f-ly, 6 ill.
