Abstract

SUBSTANCE: offered shutoff device with ball lock for contaminated fluid media reliably cuts off flow of contaminated fluid at any pressure differential and flow rate. It has no detachable flange in housing and it can be repaired at place of installation. In transient processes of operation of shutoff device ball executes complex reciprocating and rotary motions subjecting the seats in place of contact with ball to plastoelastic deformations and, thus eliminating notches and cuts beginning to form on seats under action of abrasive particles contained in fluid. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation.

Предлагается запорное устройство с шаровым затвором для загрязненных текучих сред, которое в отличие от шаровых кранов надежно перекрывает поток загрязненной жидкости при любом перепаде давления и расходе, не имеет разъемного фланца в корпусе и ремонтируется непосредственно на месте его установки. Шар в переходные процессы работы запорного устройства совершает сложное возвратно-поступательное и вращательное движение, подвергая упругопластическим деформациям седла в метрах контакта с шаром и устраняя намечающиеся риски и просечки на седлах от воздействия абразивного материала жидкости.
