Abstract
FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed food emulsion contains ( mass %): soya food base 18-87, vegetable oil 5-75 and food acid. Mentioned above food base has pH 7-8, dry material content in it being not less 6 %. Said emulsion may be used for producing mayonnaise and paste by adding various taste additives and aromatic principle into it. EFFECT: produces novel product.
