Изобретение относится к области синтетического каучука, а сам получаемый продукт может использоваться в шинной, резинотехнической промышленностях, в производстве ударопрочного полистирола. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что процесс полимеризации бутадиена-1, 3 осуществляют в батарее последовательно расположенных реакторов, состоящей из по крайней мере четырех реакторов, в среде толуола, шихту с содержанием 12 - 20 мас.% бутадиена-1, 3 делят на два потока в массовом соотношении от 1 : 2,5 до 1 : 8 и подают их соответственно в первый и третий реакторы, в первый реактор вводят н-бутиллитий при мольном соотношении н-бутиллитий: бутадиен-1, 3 от 1 : 370 до 1 : 530, во второй и третий реакторы вводят дивинилбензол из расчета мольного соотношения дивинилбензол: литийполибутадиен от 0,1 : 1 до 0,3 : 1, в третий реактор вводят от 5 до 50 мас.% литийполибутадиена из первого реактора, причем температура полимеризации бутадиена-1, 3 в первом и втором реакторах 40 - 55oС, в остальных 55 - 100oС. The method allows to obtain polybutadiene with the necessary complex of properties and effectively regulate them within wide limits.
