Устройство для тренировки человека, выполненное в двух вариантах, предназначено для подготовки профессиональных спортсменов и населения различных возрастных групп и уровень здоровья в условиях коллективных центров восстановления, на рабочих местах, а также на дому. Устройство содержит основание, подпружиненный упругий элемент, опору упругого элемента со сменными грузами, промежуточную рамку и рабочие пружины. Рабочие пружины в устройстве по первому варианту, выполнены в виде упругих пластин, расположенных по обе стороны от промежуточной рамки, и соединяют ее с основанием и опорой упругого элемента. При этом, соотношение между длиной и шириной рабочей части упругих пластин менее 5. В устройстве по второму варианту рабочие пружины выполнены в виде согнутых посередине упругих пластин, у которых соотношение между длиной и шириной рабочей части каждой половины менее 5, углы сгибов пластин направлены при этом в одну сторону, а промежуточная рамка имеет две параллельные стороны в виде пластин, а две другие - в виде труб, на которых закреплены сгибы упругих пластин. Упругая подвеска опоры упругого элемента на плоских пружинах, обладающих двусторонностью действия, позволяет снизить амплитуду боковых перемещений, повысить устойчивость и боковую жесткость устройства для целей тренировки и оздоровления человека.The device for training a person, made in two versions, is intended for training professional athletes and the population of different age groups and the level of health in conditions of collective rehabilitation centers, in workplaces, as well as at home. The device comprises a base, a spring-loaded elastic element, a support for an elastic element with interchangeable weights, an intermediate frame and operating springs. Working springs in the device in the first embodiment, made in the form of elastic plates located on both sides of the intermediate frame, and connect it to the base and support of the elastic element. In this case, the ratio between the length and width of the working part of the elastic plates is less than 5. In the device according to the second variant, the working springs are made in the form of elastic plates bent in the middle, in which the ratio between the length and width of the working part of each half is less than 5, the bend angles of the plates are directed in one direction, and the intermediate frame has two parallel sides in the form of plates, and the other two - in the form of pipes, on which the bends of elastic plates are fixed. The elastic suspension of the support of an elastic element on flat springs with a two-sided action allows to reduce the amplitude of lateral movements, to increase the stability and lateral rigidity of the device for the purpose of training and improving a person.
