FIELD: production of polymers. SUBSTANCE: cis-1,4-polybutadiene is prepared by polymerization of butadiene. The process is carried out in hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of catalyst, it is followed by deactivation of said catalyst, stabilization of polymer, isolation said polymer of solution and by its drying. Product of interaction of hydrocarbon solutions of organoaluminium compound with titanium halide is used as mentioned above catalyst. Isobutylene is used as easily volatile regulator of molecular weight, its ratio to monomer being 0.1-200 %. EFFECT: decreases expense of catalyst, decreases energy expense.

Изобретение относится к способам получения цис-1,4-полибутадиена полимеризацией бутадиена в углеводородном растворителе в присутствии катализатора - продукта взаимодействия углеводородных растворов алюминийорганического соединения и галогенида титана, дезактивацией катализатора, стабилизацией полимера, выделением полимера из раствора и сушкой его известными способами. Способ может найти применение в промышленном производстве цис-1,4-полибутадиена. При этом снижение расхода катализатора и энергозатрат на выделение полимера обеспечивается за счет использования изобутилена в качестве легколетучего регулятора молекулярной массы в соотношении от 0,1 до 200% к мономеру.The invention relates to methods for producing cis-1,4-polybutadiene by polymerization of butadiene in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of a catalyst, a product of the interaction of hydrocarbon solutions of an organoaluminum compound and titanium halide, catalyst deactivation, polymer stabilization, polymer isolation from a solution and drying by known methods. The method may find application in the industrial production of cis-1,4-polybutadiene. At the same time, a decrease in the consumption of the catalyst and energy consumption for the release of the polymer is ensured by the use of isobutylene as a volatile molecular weight regulator in a ratio of 0.1 to 200% to the monomer.
