Abstract

FIELD: fine grinding of solid-loose materials which can be crushed by impact. SUBSTANCE: multistage crusher has intake-and-distributing chamber with raw material inlet hole and ready product outlet hole. Crusher has several breaking stages arranged in tandem relative to vertical axle. Each stage has accelerating disk, slide board, baffle concave and conical sieve. Novelty in design of crusher is provision of preliminary breaking stage which has cylindrical housing protected from wear of inner surface by baffle plates with riffled working surface, conical drum installed on vertical shaft common for drum and accelerating disks. Mounted on outer surface of drum in several rows are hinge-secured beater plates made in form of two interchangeable rectangular plates whose relative position defines their working length. Shaft supports are fitted in conical cup. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, production of material with size of particles of required granulometric composition. 1 cl, 3 dwg

Изобретение относится к устройствам для тонкого измельчения различных твердо-сыпучих материалов, способных разрушаться при помощи удара. Цель изобретения - повышение степени сокращения крупности измельчаемого сырья, снижение энергоемкости процесса, получение продукта помола с размерами частиц заданного гранулометрического состава. Многоступенчатая дробилка содержит приемно-распределительную камеру с отверстиями для ввода сырья и вывода готового продукта, в которой установлено несколько ступеней измельчения, последовательно расположенных относительно вертикальной оси, каждая из которых содержит разгонный диск, скатную доску, отбойную деку, конусное решето. Новым в дробилке является установка ступени предварительного измельчения исходного сырья, которая содержит цилиндрический кожух, защищенный по внутренней поверхности от износа отбойными плитами с рифленой рабочей поверхностью, конусный барабан, установленный на общем с разгонными дисками вертикальном валу, до наружной поверхности которого расположено несколько рядов шарнирно закрепленных бил, выполненных в виде двух взаимозаменяющих прямоугольных пластин, взаимное расположение которых определяет их рабочую длину, конусный стакан, в котором расположены опоры вала. 3 ил.The invention relates to devices for fine grinding various solid bulk materials that can be destroyed by impact.
