Abstract

FIELD: gas cleaning facilities. SUBSTANCE: method of wet cleaning of gases is based on interaction of swirled flow of gas delivered through circular slot into cylindrical housing of gas cleaner and cleaning liquid delivered in opposite flow. Gas and liquid mixture is emulsified at gas velocity in circular slot preset by definite dependance providing inversion of phases in large diameter gas cleaners. method is realized by wet gas cleaning device which has cylindrical housing 1, gas supply branch pipe 6, with emulsification initiator 4 installed above gas supply branch pipe coaxially with housing. Emulsification initiator is made in form of plate member onto which cleaning liquid is delivered through meter 5. Emulsification initiator forms, together with housing wall, a circular slot accommodating circular blade swirler 2. Gas supply branch pipe is simultaneously tangential inlet type swirler 3 of gas to be cleaned. EFFECT: enhanced cleaning of gases. 1 dwg

Claims (1)

Способ мокрой очистки газов осуществляется взаимодействием в противотоке с жидкостью загрязненного закрученного газового потока, подаваемого в цилиндрический корпус газоочистителя через кольцевую щель. Газожидкостную смесь эмульгируют при заданной определенной зависимостью скорости газа в кольцевой щели, обеспечивающей режим инверсии фаз в газоочистителях большого диаметра. Способ осуществляют в устройстве для мокрой очистки газов, содержащем цилиндрический корпус 1, патрубок подвода газов 6, над которым установлен соосно с корпусом инициатор эмульгирования 4, выполненный в виде тарельчатого элемента, на который через дозатор 5 поступает орошающая жидкость. Инициатор эмульгирования образует со стенкой корпуса кольцевую щель, в которой размещен кольцевой лопаточный завихритель 2. Патрубок подвода газов является одновременно завихрителем 3 тангенциального ввода очищаемого газа.
