Abstract
FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has capacitor battery which is switched by commutator. Part of battery is by-passed by serial circuit of resistor and high-speed commutator which operation time is in range of several milliseconds. switching control input of commutator receives through logical unit a signal from detector in circuit of by-pass capacitor battery about its switching off. Said high-speed commutator is designed using either thyristors or vacuum with ignition of spark gap. EFFECT: increased reliability due to autonomous decrease of voltage on capacitors and switch when device is switched off.
