Abstract
FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of the strain A. niger. Strain is obtained by step-by-step treatment of parental strain with chemical mutagens, in part, N-nitrosomethylurea and nitrosonitromethylurea. The use of indicated strain A. niger at submerged cultivation promotes increase yield of citric acid (an average by 10%) and citric acid concentration in total synthesized acids by 15%. Also, strain can ferment molasses medium containing increased sugar content. EFFECT: increased yield of citric acid.

С целью повышения выхода лимонной кислоты селекционирован штамм A.niger, характеризующийся более высокой, чем исходный штамм, активностью биосинтеза лимонной кислоты. Штамм получен путем ступенчатой обработки исходного штамма химическими мутагенами, в частности путем обработки N- нитрозометилмочевиной и нитрозонитрометилмочевиной. Использование посевного материала селекционированного штамма A.niger при глубинном культивировании способствует увеличению выхода лимонной кислоты в среднем на 10%, увеличению концентрации лимонной кислоты в сумме синтезируемых кислот в среднем на 15%. Кроме того, штамм обладает способностью ферментировать мелассную среду с более высоким содержанием сахара.In order to increase the yield of citric acid, A.niger strain was selected, which is characterized by higher than the original strain, activity of citric acid biosynthesis.
