The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy and relates to the technology of obtaining master alloys containing refractory metals. In order to increase the productivity of the process and reduce the cost of preparing ligatures while ensuring a high degree of grinding of the refractory intermetallic phases, the melt of the charge with increased vs. calculated concentration of alloying elements is heated to a temperature of 100 - 400 o С above the melting temperature, kept in conditions of intensive mixing for 3 - 5 min, after which the concentration of the alloying elements is decreased to the calculated while reducing the temperature to a pouring temperature: t n = t s + (0,8-1,5) Δt kr, where t s - ones perature solidus, o C; Δt cr - - temperature range of crystallization, o C. After that, the alloy alloy is crystallized under a pressure of 0.1 - 200 MPa with a cooling rate of 10 - 10 4 o С / s. At the same time, the interval of increasing the concentration of alloying elements in the alloy melt during smelting is 1.2–2 times the calculated one, while optimal conditions for heterogeneous decomposition of the supersaturated metal solution with the release of intermetallic phases in the dispersed form are provided by the crystallization of the alloy alloy in the force field of an unevenly distributed centrifugal force .
