Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hygiene and can be used for integral evaluation at molecular level of ecological influence of various toxicants on environment by biotesting. Existing methods of evaluation of ecological influence of chemical substance are labour-consuming, prolonged and often do not expose mechanism of toxic effect of these substances on biological objects and devices used to register toxic effect can not be used under field, ship or laboratory conditions. Proposed method of integral evaluation at molecular level of degree of ecological influence of toxicants on environment by biotesting differs from known ones by use of natural acceptor of hydrogen - nicotineamidadenindinucleotide in the capacity of test object and biotester to register dynamics of changes in relation of oxidized and reduced forms of nicotineamidadenindinucleotide containing illuminator, separable light filters, photosensitive pickup, operational amplifier, transparent standard dish of quartz glass for test object and voltage indicator. Input light filter is placed perpendicular and output light filter at angle of 90 deg to primary light axis. Collecting lens is positioned in radiation reception channel between output light filter and photosensitive pickup. EFFECT: reduced labour input and time for evaluation of ecological influence.

Предлагается способ интегральной оценки на молекулярном уровне степени экологического воздействия токсикантов на окружающую природную среду путем биотестирования, отличающийся тем, что в качестве тест-объекта используют естественный акцептор водорода никотинамидадениндинуклеотид и биотестер для регистрации динамики изменений в соотношении окисленной и восстановленной форм никотинамидадениндинуклеотида содержащий осветитель, светофильтры, фоточувствительный датчик, операционный усилитель, прозрачную стандартную кювету из кварцевого стекла для тест-объекта, индикатор напряжения отличающийся тем, что светофильтры выполнены сменными, причем светофильтр входа расположен перпендикулярно, а светофильтр выхода под углом 90° к первичной световой оси, при этом в канале приема излучения между светофильтром выхода и фоточувствительным датчиком расположена собирающая линза.A method is proposed for integral assessment at the molecular level of the degree of ecological impact of toxicants on the environment through biotesting, characterized in that a natural hydrogen acceptor nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and a biotester are used as a test object to record the dynamics of changes in the ratio of oxidized and reduced forms of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide containing a light filter, light filters, photosensitive sensor, operational amplifier, transparent standard qua cuvette the base glass for the test object, the voltage indicator is characterized in that the filters are interchangeable, the input filter being perpendicular and the output filter at an angle of 90 ° to the primary light axis, while a collecting lens is located in the radiation receiving channel between the output filter and the photosensitive sensor .
