Изобретение относится к машиностроению, в частности к двигателестроению, а именно к способам питания двигателей внутреннего сгорания (ДВС) с термохимической конверсией жидкого углеводородного топлива. Предлагаемый способ питания ДВС позволяет повысить эффективность работы на холостом ходу и долевых нагрузках при установившемся режиме, а также в широком диапазоне неустановившихся режимов путем поддержания постоянной температуры конверсии за счет накопленной в тепловом аккумуляторе фазового перехода теплоты отработавших газов двигателя при его работе на номинальной и близких к номинальной нагрузках. Предлагаемый способ может быть реализован в установке, включающей в себя ДВС, термохимический реактор, тепловой аккумулятор , смесители и топливную магистраль.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to engine building, and in particular to methods of powering internal combustion engines (ICE) with thermochemical conversion of liquid hydrocarbon fuel. The proposed method can be implemented in the installation, which includes the internal combustion engine, thermochemical reactor, heat accumulator, mixers and fuel line.
