Изобретение относится к области строительства и может быть использовано для санации стен и фундаментов здания гидрофобизирующими жидкостями,что обуславливает отсечение капиллярного подъема грунтовых вод и предохранение строительных сооружений от коррозии. Цель изобретения - повышение эффективности санации стен и фундаментов и предохранение строительных сооружений от коррозии. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что возбуждая в материале фундамента упругие колебания на частоте собственных колебаний материала в совокупности с нагнетанием гидрофобизирующих жидкостей в отверстия, высверливаемые в материале на глубину 7-8 см и расстояниями между ними 150-250 мм, достигают полной санации фундамента за 20-30 мин воздействия на материал упругими колебаниями, что позволяет значительно повысить производительность процесса, снизить энергоемкость процесса и значительно увеличить качество санации стен и фундаментов здания по сравнению с имеющимися классическими способами, не использующими упругие воздействия для улучшения санации материала изделия.
