The invention relates to oil and gas production and can be used to extract highly viscous oil from a reservoir produced by underground mining.
A known method of extracting oil from wells, in which surfactants are injected into a well under pressure with polymers specially designed for high temperatures with salt concentrations of 100-200 g / l [1]
The known method is time-consuming, low-tech, time-consuming for the formation, does not use the structural and physico-mechanical and chemical properties of the formation rocks and fluids contained in the pores and fractures of the formation.
There is also known a method of thermoshaft extraction of highly viscous oil from a formation, in which two-horizon development is carried out from the over-horizon through vertical and inclined injection wells equipped with casing pipes, through which coolant, for example, steam, is pumped into the reservoir, and oil is extracted from production wells drilled and located in the reservoir of the producing gallery, while the oil is collected in the mine, from where it is pumped to the surface [2]
The known method is time-consuming, low-tech, does not use in its arsenal of elastic migration gel effects and cavitation to control the state and properties of the formation rocks and fluids.
The purpose of the invention is the improvement of manufacturability, permeability of formation rocks.
The goal is achieved in that according to the method, every 7-10 m a part of the casing pipe 3-5 m in size is made of piezoceramics with magnetostrictive properties, a pulsed exciting voltage is applied by means of electrodes, vibrating in the reservoir and its surrounding space, which is carried out in stages: first, softening substances are injected into the wells with excitation of elastic vibrations in the formation in the range from 1 to 20 kHz, vibration exposure is carried out for a time at which the permeability asta increase from 80 to 300% and above, and then a vibration is stopped in a well supplied with the coolant temperature not higher than 60 ° C in conjunction with a vibration at the natural frequency of rock mass during the time at which a positive effect is achieved.
Surfactants, sodium hydroxide with methanol or sodium hydroxide are injected as softening solutions.
The elastic vibration parameters are controlled by changing the magnitude of the exciting voltage and its frequency supplied to the electrodes. The pressure amplitude in the alternating elastic wave is maintained at a level of 0.5 from the destructive stresses on the fracture of the rocks that make up the reservoir.
To increase the permeability of the formation rocks during injection of softening solutions, 1.2-1.9% of proppants with a particle size of 0.03-1.0 mm and a density of 2.8-3.6 g / cm 3 are added to them. quartz sand.
Before pumping the coolant into the formation, a pulsed hydraulic fracturing is performed by vibration exposure at a frequency equal to the frequency of natural vibrations of the fluids contained in the pores and fractures of the formation.
1. Figure 1 shows a diagram of the implementation of the proposed method; figure 2 section aa in figure 1.
The drawings indicate: 1 rock mass, 2 reservoir, 3 well, 4 casing, 5 packer, 6 pulse generator, 7 power amplifier, 8 matching unit, 9
The method is as follows.
Wells 3 are drilled in the
In FIG. Figure 2 shows a section through a portion of the casing 4 made of TBK-5 piezoceramics, where the wall thickness of the casing 20 mm determines a pre-selected frequency range depending on the contact conditions of the emitter with the reservoir in the range from 1 to 20 kHz. By exciting powerful vibrational vibrations in the formation and bringing the formation into an oscillatory state with a pressure amplitude in the elastic wave equal to 0.5 of the value of breaking tensile stresses for the rocks that make up the productive formation, they increase the permeability of the formation due to injection of softening substances (surfactants) into it sodium hydroxide with methanol or sodium hydroxide, heated to 60 ° C, increase the permeability of the formation from 80 to 300% and higher, increasing oil recovery from 10 to 40% compared with the classical methods of stimulating the formation without accounting for vibrations. Surfactants and other softening substances, penetrating into the pores and cracks of the formation rocks, “eat” the partitions between the pores and cracks and make them communicating, which on the one hand increases the permeability of the formation, and on the other hand increases its oil recovery. To reduce the viscosity of the fluids contained in the pores and fractures of the formation, ultrasonic vibrations in the range of 1-10 kHz are excited in the formation and thereby reduce the viscosity of the fluids from 10 to 80% compared to the original. To increase the permeability of the formation rocks and increase the hydro- and aerodynamic bonds, they produce: 1.2-1.9% proppants are added to softening solutions, which get into the pores and cracks of the formation during vibration, prevent them from closing and serve as new pore and crack concentrators in the rocks of the reservoir, and contribute to increasing the permeability of the rocks of the reservoir; or at low permeability of the formation, they produce pulsed hydraulic fracturing in it by vibration exposure at a frequency equal to the natural frequency of the fluids contained in the pores and fractures of the formation, which increases the hydraulic fracturing area by 2-6 times and reduces the energy consumption of the process and its duration.
Thus, treating the formation in a wide range of alternating vibrational loads, contribute to an increase in oil recovery by 10-40% compared to conventional methods of stimulating the formation. The advantages of the proposed method are as follows: the ability to excite a wide range of vibrational vibrations in the formation with the ability to control the state and properties of the reservoir rocks and fluids during stimulation; the ability to pump elastic energy into the formation comparable to the tensile strength of the formation rocks; reduction in the energy intensity of the process and an increase in the oil recovery coefficient from 10 to 40%
Using the present invention will significantly increase the oil recovery coefficient and reduce the energy intensity of the process in conjunction with the ability to control the state of the formation rocks and fluids contained in the pores and fractures of the formation, compared with the classical methods of stimulating the formation.
