SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing an object to laser radiation with predefined parameters by applying one or several laser radiation emitters in continuous or pulsating mode with pulse duration of 50 to 1000 ns or, in the case several laser radiation emitters being used, in continuous and pulsating modes simultaneously. Device has radiation unit with radiation parameters adjustment system having pulse generator, where radiation unit has one or several laser radiation emitters and the radiation parameters adjustment system has low frequency and high frequency divider units, coincidence circuit, commutation unit, frequency control unit, power level control unit and pulse formation unit. The working inputs of the low frequency and high frequency divider units are connected to the pulse generator and their control inputs are connected to the corresponding outputs of the frequency control unit. The working outputs of the low frequency and high frequency divider units are connected through the coincidence circuit and directly to the working inputs of the commutation unit which working input is connected to the first output of the pulse formation unit which second input is connected to control output of the high frequency divider unit. The control output of the frequency control unit is connected to the input of power level control unit which second output is connected to the second control input of the high frequency divider unit. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.

Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что в способе медикобиологической обработки биологических систем, воздействуют на объект лазерным излучением с заданными параметрами посредством одного или нескольких лазерных излучателей непрерывно или в импульсном режиме с длительностью импульсов от 50 до 1000 нс или при использовании нескольких лазерных излучателей в непрерывном и импульсном режимах одновременно. Или устройства для медикобиологической обработки биологических систем, содержащего блок излучения с системой формирования параметров излучения, включающей импульсный генератор, в котором блок излучения включает в себя один или несколько лазерных излучателей, а система формирования параметров излучения снабжена низкочастотным и высокочастотным делителями частоты, схемой совпадения, блоком коммутации, блоком управления частотой, блоком управления уровнем мощности и блоком формирования импульсов, при этом рабочие входы низкочастотного и высокочастотного делителей частоты подключены к импульсному генератору, управляющие их входы подключены к соответствующим выходам блока управления частотой, а рабочие выходы низкочастотного и высокочастотного делителей частоты через схему совпадения и непосредственно подключены к рабочим входам блока коммутации, управляющий вход которого связан с первым выходом блока управления уровнем мощности, а выход - с первым входом блока формирования импульсов, второй вход которого связан с управляющим выходом высокочастотного делителя частоты, причем управляющий выход блока управления частотой подключен к входу блока управления уровнем мощности, второй выход которого связан с вторым управляющим входом высокочастотного делителя частоты.The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in various fields of medicine for laser and magnetic laser effects on biological objects in therapy, surgery, traumatology, reflexology, neuralgia, dentistry, etc., as well as for the treatment of liquid media: blood, plasma and their substitutes, culture media and various medical products.
