Abstract

FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with additional impact by electromagnetic radiation or mechanical fluctuations upon lesion focus for 2-25 second followed by its irrigation with medicinal preparations and removal of decomposition products. Visual control of focus surface is additionally used during the whole treatment procedure to estimate impact intensity. As electromagnetic radiation it is used infra-red or He-Ne laser radiation, as mechanical fluctuations it is used vibration at 8 and 16 Hz fluctuation frequency and 0.5 mm amplitude, visual control is conducted along with therapeutic impact. EFFECT: increased number of therapeutic impacts upon prostate, higher efficiency, decreased painful feelings.

Claims (1)

Область применения урология. Предложенный способ лечения туберкулеза предстательной железы (ПЖ) заключается в том, что в известном способе, включающем прямое терапевтическое воздействие электросигналами на поверхность семенного бугорка и оценку интенсивности воздействия на очаг поражения, осуществляют дополнительное воздействие электромагнитным излучением или механическими колебаниями на поверхность очага поражения в течение 2 - 25 с с последующим орошением очага поражения лекарственными препаратами и удалением продуктов распада, а для оценки интенсивности воздействия дополнительно используют визуальный контроль состояния поверхности очага поражения в течение всей процедуры лечения. В качестве электромагнитного излучения используют инфракрасное излучение или излучение He-Ne-лазера, а в качестве механических колебаний используют вибрацию с частотой колебаний 8 и 16 Гц и амплитудой, не превышающей 0,5 мм, а визуальный контроль состояния поверхности очага поражения осуществляют одновременно с терапевтическим воздействием. Предложенный способ лечения туберкулеза предстательной железы позволяет проводить несколько видов терапевтического воздействия на ПЖ, что увеличивает терапевтическую эффективность и позволяет провести лечение с меньшими болевыми ощущениями.Scope urology.
