Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hand to industrial robot arm has foundation and, housing in which spindle and capturing double-arm levers are placed. The arm of each lever is connected by tractions with pusher leaning on support of rotation and equipped with drive for axial displacement containing transmission mechanism with helical pair. The helical pair is mounted perpendicular to axis of spindle rotation and is made in the form of two pairs screw-nut having opposite direction of thread and disposed in the hull hard-mounted with foundation. The nuts have dowels interacting with longitudinal gaps made on the hull and with ring-shaped notches of girdles mounted on it. In this case both screws are rigidly connected between themselves and the girdles are hinged with levers. Other ends of levers are hinged with rod linked with pusher by support of rotation. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

Согласно изобретению винтовая пара установлена перпендикулярно оси вращения шпинделя и выполнена в виде двух пар винт-гайка с противоположным направлением резьбы, размещенных в гильзе, жестко связанной с основанием, причем на гайках выполнены шипы, взаимодействующие с продольными пазами, выполненными на гильзе, и кольцевыми пазами обойм, установленных на ней, при этом оба винта жестко соединены между собой, а обоймы шарнирно соединены с рычагами, другие концы которых шарнирно соединены со штангой, связанной с толкателем опорой вращения.The invention relates to mechanical engineering.
