Изобретение относится к электротехнике, а именно к патронам для ламп накаливания, предназначенным для использования в осветительных установках различного назначения, например для декоративных светильников. Задачей изобретения являются упрощение конструкции патрона, повышение его надежности и безопасности. Предложено новое выполнение контактной системы патрона, в которой крепление плоских металлических контактов осуществляется их фиксацией на наружной поверхности ступенчатой втулки с помощью прижимного кольца, что позволяет отказаться от сложной системы крепления контактов с помощью винтовых соединений, присущих известным решениям. Корпус и донышко представляют собой детали несложной конфигурации, легко соединяемые между собой. Все это значительно упрощает конструкцию, повышает ее технологичность, уменьшает трудоемкость изготовления. Кроме того, во втулке контактной системы и в донышке имеются сквозные отверстия, а также пазы, выполненные на фланцах этих деталей, что способствует естественной вентиляции патрона, а следовательно, активному охлаждению областей контактирования, а значит, повышает надежность и безопасность работы патрона. Вентиляции патрона также способствует выполнение прорезей в отверстии втулки, предназначенном для установки лампы. Вентиляция патрона особенно важна, если патрон используется для декоративных целей, например как имитатор свечи, где при перегреве часто происходит потемнение корпуса (выполненного из белой пластмассы), что ухудшает внешний вид изделия.The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the sockets for incandescent lamps, intended for use in lighting installations for various purposes, for example for decorative lamps. The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of the cartridge, increasing its reliability and safety. A new implementation of the contact system of the cartridge, in which the fastening of the flat metal contacts is carried out by fixing them on the outer surface of the stepped bushing with the help of a clamping ring, which eliminates the complex system of fixing the contacts using screw connections inherent in the known solutions. The case and the bottom are parts of an uncomplicated configuration that are easily interconnected. All this greatly simplifies the design, increases its manufacturability, reduces the complexity of manufacturing. In addition, in the sleeve of the contact system and in the bottom there are through holes, as well as grooves made on the flanges of these parts, which contributes to the natural ventilation of the cartridge and, consequently, active cooling of the contact areas, and therefore increases the reliability and safety of the cartridge. Ventilation of the cartridge also contributes to the implementation of the slots in the hole of the sleeve, designed to install the lamp. Cartridge ventilation is especially important if the cartridge is used for decorative purposes, such as a candle simulator, where overheating often darkens the body (made of white plastic), which affects the appearance of the product.
