Abstract

The lighting includes several electric 'candles' (1) with an electric lamp (2) arranged in each candle casing (3). The candles are connected by conductors (4) to a first connection element (5), by which the candles are connected to a second connecting element (8) of a supply or stem conductor (6), which is common for all candles. At least two candles are combined to form a group (Gl-G5), whereby the candles of each group are connected with a common first connecting element associated with this group. Mounting elements (9) are provided for the stem conductor, whereby the stem conductor is formed, at least in its section comprising the second connection elements, in the form of a helix.
