Abstract

FIELD: anaerobic-aerobic treatment of sewage, poultry and cattle-breeding wastes, human, animal and poultry vital activity products for production of biomethane for agricultural and industrial complexes combining agricultural production with generation of electric and thermal energy and steam during burning solid or liquid nonrenewable fuel. SUBSTANCE: plant has housing 1 with partitions 2 for hydrolytic fermentation chamber 3, acid fermentation chamber 4, acid regression fermentation chamber 5 and alkaline fermentation chamber 6; housing is also provided with mixer located longitudinally and brought in communication with feeder 7 suspended from flexible members 8. Feeder 7 is engageable with vibrator 9; housing is provided with perforated drum 10 where abrasive immobilizing packing 11 is located. Alkaline fermentation chamber 6 is brought in communication with methane fermentation chamber 12 by biogas and mash. Chamber 6 is provided with immobilizing packing made in form of basalt ropes 13 located between biogas inlet branch pipe 14 and outlet branch pipe 15. Pit 16 is located under branch pipe 14. Pit 16 is brought in communication with alkaline fermentation chamber 6 by mash line. Pit 16 is also provided with horizontal drive shaft 17 which holds perforated disks 18 whose lower segments are immersed in mash to create spraying jet in way of motion of biogas. Outlet section of methane fermentation chamber 12 is provided with additional pit 19 which is brought in communication with microfilter 20 and with hydrodynamic, cavitation and thermal disintegrator 21 by methanogen biomass. Disintegrator 21 is brought in communication (by disintegrate) with branch pipe 22 admitting the mash from alkaline fermentation chamber 6 to methane fermentation chamber 12. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Изобретение относится к технике анаэробно-аэробной очистки фекально-бытовых, птицеводческих, животноводческих стоков и продуктов жизнедеятельности человека, животных и птицы с выработкой биометана и может быть использовано на агропромышленных комплексах (АПК), совмещающих сельскохозяйственное производство с производством электрической, тепловой энергии и пара при сжигании твердого или жидкого невозобновляемого топлива. Сущность изобретения: установка выработки биометана содержит корпус 1 с перегородками 2 для камер 3 - 6 гидролитического, кислого, регрессии кислого, щелочного брожения сответственно, расположенные вдоль корпуса 1 перемешивающее устройство в виде сообщенного с питателем 7, подвешенного на гибких элемента 8, взаимодействующего с вибратором 9 перфорированного барабана 10, с размещенной в его внутренней полости зернистой абразивной иммобилизационной насадкой 11, причем камера 6 щелочного брожения по биогазу и бражке сообщена с камерой 12 метанового брожения и выполнена с иммобилизационной насадкой в виде жгутов 13, например, из базальтового волокна, размещенных между патрубками 14 и 15 ввода и вывода биогаза сответственно, причем под патрубком 14 ввода биогаза размещен приямок 16, сообщенный по бражке с камерой 6 щелочного брожения, со смонтированным в нем горизонтальным приводным валом 17, с установленными на приводном валу 17 перфорированными дисками 18, погруженными нижними сегментами в бражку и создающими факел распыла в направлении перемещения биогаза, причем выходной участок камеры 12 метанового брожения выполнен с дополнительным приямком 19, сообщенным с микрофильтром 20 и по биомассе метаногенов с дезинтегратором 21 гидродинамического, кавитационного и теплового действия, причем последний по дезинтеграту сообщен с патрубком 22 ввода в камеру 12 метанового брожения бражки из камеры 6 щелочного брожения.
