Сущность изобретения: устройство содержит направляющую цилиндрическую шахту (1), кожух печи (8) с каналом для слива расплава (9), теплоизолированный и водоохлаждаемый самоопрокидывающийся под V - образной несимметричной формы со смещаемым центром тяжести (6), коническую крышку (2) плавильной камеры с расположенными на ней плазменными горелками (4), а также газоход для отвода отходящих газов (5). Устройство позволяет упростить конструкцию, понизить энергоемкость, повысить безопасность работы, а также повысить производительность его работы.
