Abstract

FIELD: two variants of the device are available, used in operative obstetrics and gynecology. SUBSTANCE: the device, consisting of a double-walled aspirating tube separated by a partition into delivery and discharge sectors, with an axial screw and elastic extension piece or with a milling axial tube, provides for separation and milling of tissues; the axial milling tube opens in the cavity of the uterus with formation of four U-shaped arcs with cutting edges and non-traumatic contact with the wall the uterus. And the removed tissues are collected in the observation cup for their visual observation and determination of the volume corresponding to the volume of liquid forced out from the cup. Medicine is fed from the medicine chamber or directly from the delivery sector of the aspirating tube, which is connected to the collecting chamber made of transparent plastics like all other parts. The device is connected to a vacuum source and micromotor providing for rotation of the screw or axial tube. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vacuum-aspiration and aspiration-washing drainage of cavity of the uterus with expansion of their medical- diagnostic abilities by provision of a uniform, non-traumatic contact of the extension piece with the internal wall of the uterus; instantaneous operation and conducting of four treatment procedures: aspiration of the contents of the cavity of the uterus, injection of medicinal solutions into the uterus and their removal; mechanical cleaning of the cavity of the uterus, determination of the volume of removed tissues; it also prevents perforation of the uterus, makes it possible to prevent formation of "blind" vacuum in the cavity of the uterus with provision of total visual observation of the nature of removed tissues.

The invention, made in the form of two options, relates to surgical obstetrics and gynecology. The aim of the present invention is to increase the effectiveness of vacuum aspiration and aspiration-washing drainage of the uterine cavity with the expansion of their diagnostic and treatment capabilities by ensuring uniform, non-traumatic contact of the tip with the inner wall of the uterus, simultaneous operation and four medical procedures: aspiration of the contents of the uterine cavity, drug administration solutions into the uterus and their removal, mechanical cleaning of the uterine cavity, determination of the volume of tissue removed. It also eliminates the possibility of perforation of the uterus, eliminates the possibility of the formation of a “blind” vacuum in the uterine cavity, providing full visual control over the nature of the tissues removed. The essence of the invention lies in the implementation of a device consisting of a double-walled suction tube, divided by a partition into a pumping and removing sector, with an axial screw and an elastic nozzle or with a grinding axial tube, providing separation and grinding of tissues, and the axial grinding tube opens in the uterine cavity with the formation of four gutter-shaped arches with cutting edges and non-traumatic contact with the uterine wall. And the removed tissue is collected in a survey glass with the possibility of visual inspection and determination of the volume corresponding to the volume of liquid displaced from the glass. The medicine is supplied from the drug chamber or directly from the injection sector of the suction tube, which is attached to the collection chamber, made like all other parts from transparent plastics. The device is connected to a vacuum source and a micromotor, providing rotation of the screw or axial tube.
