Abstract

FIELD: medicine; methods for extraction of dihydroquercitrol from larch wood. SUBSTANCE: method for extraction of dihydroquercitrol includes extraction of the product from crushed larch wood washed with water at ambient temperature by means of mixture of water and acetone in mass ratio of 1:4. Acetone is driven off from the extract and sediments of dihydroquercitrol precipitated from the extract aqueous part is separated by centrifuging and recrystallized from hot water. The offered method allows exclusion of the process with application of polyamide sorbent, and, consequently, sorption stage, desorption and sorbent regeneration; selective extraction of dihydroquercitrol with water-acetone mixture without heating from crushed wood preliminarily washed with water that results in increase of finished product yield with its high purity. EFFECT: simplified process for extraction of dihydroquercitrol and increased yield of finished product with preservation of high degree of purity.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к медицине и касается способа выделения дигидрокверцетина (ДКВ) из древесины лиственницы. Целью изобретения является упрощение процесса выделения ДКВ и повышение выхода целевого продукта при сохранении высокой степени чистоты. Это достигается тем, что промытую водой измельченную древесину лиственницы экстрагируют при обычной температуре смесью воды и ацетона 1:4 вес.ч. От экстракта отгоняют ацетон, а выпавший из водной части экстракта осадок ДКВ отделяют центрифугированием и перекристаллизовывают из горячей воды. Применение данного способа выделения ДКВ из древесины лиственницы позволяет исключить из технологического процесса применение полиамидного сорбента и следовательно стадии сорбции, десорбции и регенерации сорбента, избирательно экстрагировать ДКВ водно-ацетоновой смесью без нагревания из предварительно промытой водой измельченной древесины, что приводит к повышению выхода целевого продукта при сохранении степени чистоты продукта.The invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for the isolation of dihydroquercetin (DHQ) from larch wood.
