Достигается это тем, что по изменению расхода продукционного кислорода перед исполнительным элементом (датчик), по изменению объемной доли кислорода в контролируемом сечении ВРК (датчик), по изменению объемной доли кислорода в продукционном кислороде (датчик) и по изменению расхода воздуха на входе в установку (датчик) регулирующий блок вырабатывает регулирующее воздействие на исполнительный элемент. При этом, в регулирующем блоке по отклонению значения объемной доли кислорода в продукционном кислороде от заданного регулятором вырабатывается одно корректирующее воздействие, а по отклонению расхода воздуха в установку блоком расчета корректирующего воздействия через определенный интервал времени, учитываемый блоком задержки, вырабатывается другое корректирующее воздействие.
