Предложенный способ включает гранулирование сырья, покрытие поверхности гранул порошком глины и их сушку в противотоке теплоносителя, измельчение гранулята, выделение пресс-порошка, прессование изделий с последующей их сушкой и обжигом. Благодаря наличию в теплоносителе взвешенного порошка глины удается изолировать гранулы друг от друга и тем самым предотвратить их слипание и образование комьев. Это в свою очередь позволяет производить высокоинтенсивную сушку гранулята в противотоке теплоносителя, благодаря чему значительно сокращается время изготовления изделий, устраняется промежуточное складирование материалов и изделий, упрощается конструктивная реализация способа. Предложенная технологическая линия, реализующая упомянутый способ, содержит оборудование для предварительной обработки сырья, шнековый пресс, гранулятор, размещенный в камере, которая с одной стороны через объем сушильного барабана соединена с печью для совмещения сушки и обжига изделий, а с другой стороны соединена с вытяжной системой, средство для измельчения гранулята и выделения пресс-порошка, участки прессования, сушки и обжига изделий. Благодаря утилизации тепла печных газов, высокой интенсивности сушки и измельчения материала, а также совмещения нескольких технологических операций на предлагаемом оборудовании, технологическая линия использует минимальное количество энергоносителей, предельно компактна, проста в эксплуатации и ремонте, занимает минимальные производственные помещения и обладает незначительной металлоемкостью.The invention relates to the ceramic industry. The proposed technological line that implements the above method contains equipment for pretreatment of raw materials, a screw press, a pelletizer placed in a chamber, which on the one hand is connected to the kiln through the volume of the drying drum to combine drying and roasting of products, and on the other hand is connected to an exhaust system , a means for grinding the granulate and the selection of the press powder, areas of pressing, drying and firing products. Due to heat recovery of furnace gases, high intensity of drying and grinding of the material, as well as combining several technological operations on the proposed equipment, the production line uses the minimum amount of energy carriers, is extremely compact, easy to operate and repair, occupies minimal production rooms and has little metal intensity.
