Изобретение относится к области строительства и эксплуатации автомобильных мостов в части защиты их от обледенения в холодное время года и от размягчения - в летнее под действием солнечной радиации. Оно также может быть использовано по аналогичному назначению для набережных, автомобильных дорог и аэродромов, проложенных в непосредственной близости от мощных водоисточников.
