The invention allows to intensify the process of heat and mass transfer in highly concentrated environments, to increase the efficiency of the equipment for their implementation. Processes in highly concentrated suspensions are carried out under periodic exposure to asymmetric multidirectional pressure pulses. Under the influence of a larger pulse, the working medium moves along the channel at a speed two orders of magnitude higher than the first critical fluidization velocity. A highly concentrated suspension has the properties of a granular medium, which allows it to move in channels regardless of the direction of the technological speed of the dispersion medium and the action of gravity on the solid dispersion. The reverse movement of the dispersion medium to the initial level occurs under the action of an oppositely directed pressure pulse in the filtration mode through a fixed layer of solid dispersion. The method is implemented by a pressure pulse of the order of 10 3 - 10 4 Pa with a duration of action in the forward direction T pp = 0.1 o C 5.0 s. The dispersion medium returns to its original level under the influence of a smaller pulse during T arr об 2-10 s. The motion of a granular medium under the influence of a direct pressure impulse proceeds under chaotic oscillation of particles, which provides close to optimal conditions for heat and mass transfer.
