Прецизионные тиски относятся к зажимным приспособлениям металлорежущих станков. Тиски содержат корпус с направляющими, неподвижную и подвижную с клиновым замком губки, гидропривод с цилиндром и штоком, цилиндр жестко закреплен в неподвижной губке, а шток шарнирно соединен с помощью двуплечего рычага с корпусом и подвижной губкой через ходовой винт. Тиски содержат устройство для перестановки рычага, состоящее из втулки, которая, образуя винтовую пару с настроечным винтом, связана с помощью последнего со штоком гидропривода. Втулка может перемещаться по настроечному винту вдоль корпуса тисков. Рычаг закреплен на втулке, а нижнее плечо рычага соединено с корпусом с возможностью перезакрепления. Тиски более удобны в работе и более технологичны за счет значительного уменьшения габаритов по длине подвижной губки и тисков в целом.Precision vise refers to the clamping devices of machine tools. The sleeve can move along the adjusting screw along the body of the vice. The lever is attached to the sleeve, and the lower lever arm is connected to the housing with the possibility of re-fastening. The vice is more convenient in work and more technological due to a significant reduction in dimensions along the length of the movable sponge and the vice as a whole.
