Предлагается выращивать грибы в непрерывном блоке, в один конец которого последовательно подаются порции субстрата, а с другого конца собирают грибы и срезают брикет на корм. Инокулируется только первая порция субстрата. Брикет формируется скользящей обечайкой. При вертикальном расположении брикета грибница оптимально использует вертикальный градиент температуры в помещении. В качестве субстрата используются древесные отходы лесохозяйственных работ и деревообработки.
