Claims (1)

Предложен шлифовальный станок для шлифовки контуров дозирующей кромки на краях продольных шлицев входного вала клапана силовой рулевой передачи посредством цилиндрического шлифовального круга станка, сконструированного для удержания и вращения входного вала и для периодического увеличения и уменьшения расстояния между осью входного вала и шлифовальным кругом несколько раз за оборот входного вала для шлифовки контуров дозирующих кромок, причем входной вал бесцентрово поддерживается посредством поверхностей, тангенциально контактирующих по внешнему диаметру входного вала, причем две поверхности смещены в осевом направлении по обе стороны от концов шлицев во входном валу и расположены по одной с каждой стороны от шлифовального круга со стороны входного вала, примыкающей к шлифовальному кругу, другие из поддерживающих поверхностей расположены практически под прямым углом к двум первым поддерживающим поверхностям, чтобы ограничивать входной вал против движения в направлении, параллельном двум первым поддерживающим поверхностям.
