Claims (1)
- Способ относится к медицине, в частности к бактериологии. Способ основан на выявлении его (экзотоксина) в сыворотке крови больных в остром периоде заболевания до серотерапии. Авторы предлагают определять в сыворотке крови уровень эндогенного комплемента, затем разводить до содержания комплемента 1 - 2 гемолизирующих дозы, вносить 50 - 100 антитоксических доз противодифтерийной антитоксической сыворотки и через 1 ч инкубирования при 37oC определяют уровень задержки эндогенного комплемента по каталазной активности лизированных эритроцитов, вносимых в реакционную смесь в комплексе с 10 гемолитическими дозами антиэритроцитарной сыворотки.
