Изобретение относится к здравоохранению, а более конкретно - к хирургическим шовным нитям и их производству. Цель изобретения - повышение прочности хирургической шовной нити, увеличение плотности плетения и обеспечение высокого качества хирургических шовных нитей в широком диапазоне их условных номеров. Хирургическая шовная нить выполнена в виде плетеного шнура из комплексных полиэфирных нитей. Для нити условных номеров 4/0 и 3/0 число исходных переплетаемых нитевидных элементов выбрано равным четырем, для условного номера 0 - равным восьми, а для условных номеров 1 и 3, 2 и 5 - соответственно равным 12 и 16. Для нитей условных номеров 3 и 5 исходный нитевидный элемент выполнен из двух или более комплексных полиэфирных нитей. При этом комплексная полиэфирная нить, состоящая из скрученных элементарных нитей, может быть выполнена с числом кручений 200 - 700 на 1 м нити. Катушки с исходным нитевидным элементом устанавливают на веретена в окна крылаточных шестерен механизма плетения и переплетают нитевидные элементы путем перемещения веретен по восьмеркообразным траекториям, регулируют натяжение каждого нитевидного элемента, а скорость вытяжки устанавливают в соответствии с условным номером изготавливаемой шовной нити посредством выбора числа зубьев сменных ведущей и ведомой шестерен вытяжного механизма. В устройстве для изготовления хирургической шовной нити глазки-нитенаправители выполнены из полированной стеклокерамики и установлены на подпружиненном натяжителе нити, в средней и верхней части кронштейна веретена. For the conditional number threads 4/0 and 3/0, the number of the initial interlaced thread-like elements was chosen to be four, for the conditional number 0 - equal to eight, and for the conditional numbers 1 and 3, 2 and 5 - respectively equal to 12 and 16. For the conditional number threads 3 and 5, the initial threadlike element is made of two or more complex polyester yarns. At the same time, a complex polyester yarn consisting of twisted elementary yarns can be made with a twist number of 200 - 700 per 1 m of yarn. Coils with the initial threadlike element are mounted on the spindles in the windows of the winged gears of the weaving mechanism and the threadlike elements are intertwined by moving the spindles along eight-shaped paths, the tension of each threadlike element is adjusted, and the drawing speed is set in accordance with the conventional number of the produced suture thread by selecting the number of teeth of interchangeable leading and driven gears of the exhaust mechanism. In the device for manufacturing a surgical suture thread, eye guides are made of polished glass ceramics and mounted on a spring-loaded thread tensioner in the middle and upper part of the spindle bracket. An exit peephole is installed in the place of weaving, directing the finished thread to the exhaust mechanism with interchangeable gears and further to the winding mechanism.
