Изобретение относится к технологии изготовления композиционных магнитных материалов, в частности феррокомпозитов, на основе порошка Мо-пермаллоя. Предложенный способ заключается в составлении шихты газораспыленного порошка молибденового пермаллоя, создании на частицах порошка первого слоя изоляции путем обработки водным раствором хромового ангидрида, сушке, сухом смешивании полученного порошка с тонкодисперсным легкоплавким стеклом и пластификатором, формовании пресс-порошка при давлении 14 - 20 Т/см2, отжиге в защитной среде при 600 - 670oС.The invention relates to the manufacturing technology of composite magnetic materials, in particular ferrocomposites, based on Mo-permalloy powder.
