Изобретение относится к горному делу, в частности к конструкции и сборке гидравлической стойки, используемой в механизированных крепях. Изобретение обеспечивает упрощение конструкции стойки, технологии ее изготовления и сборки. Стойка содержит цилиндр с основанием, в котором выполнено монтажное отверстие, достаточное для введения внутрь цилиндра плунжеров стойки с поршнями. Монтажное отверстие закрыто фиксируемой относительно основания герметизирующей пробкой. В цилиндре размещены снабженные поршнями плунжеры первой и второй ступеней раздвижности. Поршни плунжеров выполнены с направляющими поясками. Штоковые полости плунжеров герметизированы уплотнениями, образованными направляющими поясками и манжетами, выполненными на внутренних поверхностях цилиндра и плунжера первой ступени. Штоковые полости плунжеров сообщены с поршневой полостью стойки. Стойка снабжена ограничителями ходов плунжеров, выполненными в виде пружинных разрезных колец, установленных в пазах на внутренних поверхностях цилиндра и плунжера первой ступени. Сборка стойки включает - установку манжет уплотнений штоковых полостей в пазы цилиндра и плунжера первой ступени; - установку разрезных пружинных колец ограничителей ходов плунжеров; - ввод в цилиндр через монтажное отверстие основания плунжера первой ступени; - ввод в полость плунжера первой ступени через монтажное отверстие плунжера второй ступени; - установку и последующую фиксацию герметизирующей пробки в монтажном отверстии основания.The invention relates to mining, in particular, to the design and assembly of a hydraulic strut used in mechanized roof supports.
