Изобретение относится к области оптического приборостроения и может быть использовано при создании биосенсоров на основе поверхностного плазмонного резонанса (ППР). Технической задачей настоящего изобретения является снятие спектра в автоматическом режиме, повышение удобства пользования, простота и точность снятия спектра ППР. Установка содержит источник света, диафрагму, поляризатор, два цилиндрических зеркала, зеркало гальванометра, призму и фотодиод. Особенностью предлагаемого устройства является то, что оси кривизны обоих цилиндрических зеркал совмещены и на этой общей оси помещены плоское поворотное зеркало гальванометра, призма и фотодиод. Спектр ППР автоматически снимается за один поворот зеркала гальванометра, при этом фотодиод и призма остаются неподвижными. Установка позволяет работать как с параллельным, так и с расходящимся пучком света. Установка удобна для широкого использования во внелабораторных условиях вследствие малых габаритов и простоты в обращении.The invention relates to the field of optical instrumentation and can be used to create biosensors based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The SPR spectrum is automatically taken at one turn of the galvanometer mirror, while the photodiode and the prism remain fixed. The installation allows you to work with both parallel and diverging beam of light. The installation is convenient for wide use in non-laboratory conditions due to its small size and ease of handling.
