Сущность изобретения: продукт содержит солянокислый гидролизат мяса мидий с содержанием меланоидов более 8 мас.% от количества сухих веществ и аскорбиновую кислоту в количестве 0,25 - 0,6 мас.%. В результате добавления аскорбиновой кислоты повышается радиозащитная активность продукта. Продукт характеризуется следующими показателями: pH - 5,0 - 5,6; содержание сухих веществ - 28 - 33 мас.%; содержание общего азота - 1,7 - 2,5 мас.%; содержание аминного азота - 0,85 - 1,2 мас.%.The product from mussels can be used as a drug for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes in the diet.
