Изобретение относится к ветеринарной микробиологии, в частности к способу получения лечебно-профилактического препарата, который может быть использован в биологической промышленности. Цель изобретения - получение активного штаммово-специфического антигена из возбудителя некробактериоза, пригодного для специфической профилактики некробактериоза, пригодного для специфической профилактики некробактериозной инфекции. Для получения антигена предусмотрено использование местного или подобранных для каждого конкретного хозяйства штаммов возбудителя некробактериоза, которые выращивают в анаэробных условиях с целью получения микробной суспензии. Процесс культивирования заканчивают на стадии, в которой полученная культура характеризуется максимальной оптической плотностью и патогенностью для лабораторных животных (белые мыши). Антиген, извлеченный из инактивированной бактериальной массы и представляющий собой цитоплазматическую фракцию, обладает выраженной активностью в реакции непрямой иммунофлуоресценции с гомологичными сыворотками крови и с гетерологичными того же вида. Полученный антиген обладает по сравнению с полисахаридными антигенами иммуногенной активностью и вызывает невосприимчивость к заражению у 50 - 80% белых мышей через 14 - 20 дней после их иммунизации, а также предохраняет крупный рогатый скот от заражения некробактериозом в течение 6 месяцев после вакцинации (срок наблюдения).The invention relates to veterinary microbiology, in particular to a method for producing a therapeutic product that can be used in the biological industry. The cultivation process is completed at the stage in which the resulting culture is characterized by maximum optical density and pathogenicity for laboratory animals (white mice). The antigen extracted from the inactivated bacterial mass and representing the cytoplasmic fraction has a pronounced activity in the indirect immunofluorescence reaction with homologous blood serums and with heterologous ones of the same type. The antigen obtained has immunogenic activity compared to polysaccharide antigens and causes infection resistance in 50 - 80% of white mice 14 to 20 days after their immunization, and also protects cattle from infection with necrobacteriosis for 6 months after vaccination (observation period) .
