The invention relates to medicine, namely to the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias by physical methods. Patients with coronary heart disease, ventricular exstasis I-III gradations according to Laun-Wolf are exposed to external irradiation of the reflexogenic zones of the heart, hematopoietic and blood-cleaning organs with a scattered laser beam with an intensity of 0.5 mW / cm 2 , a spot diameter of 4 - 5 cm and an irradiation time of each zone with 30 to 60 per course of 10 to 12 sessions, applied every other day, while on days free from laser irradiation, four-chamber sodium chloride baths with a concentration of 20 g / l and a gentle massage of the lower limbs are prescribed. As a result of treatment, the ventricular premature beats disappear completely in half of the patients, the rest decreases 3 times, the threshold power increases by 27–30%. The method of treatment is simple to implement and can be widely used in medical institutions of the cardiological profile.
